Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the hosted Fantasma website, live demo, and dashboard service operated by Rui Peres. By using the hosted service, you agree to these terms.

Hosted service only

The open-source Fantasma project remains separate. Any open-source repository, source code, and related licenses continue to be governed by their own terms and notices.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must not misuse the hosted service, interfere with it, or try to gain unauthorized access.
• You remain responsible for activity that happens through your account and projects.

Billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew.

Customer data

As between you and Fantasma, you retain your rights in the data you submit to or generate through the hosted service. Fantasma will treat that data as private and confidential, use it only to operate, secure, support, and improve the hosted service, and will not sell your personal data.

Availability and changes

The hosted service may change over time. Features may be updated, improved, or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, or issues outside reasonable control.

Data retention

Hosted analytics data is kept for 60 days on Fantasma Free and 12 months on paid or complimentary service plans. Other operational, billing, and security records may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if payment obligations are not met, or if continued access would create a security, legal, or operational risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the hosted service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Rui Peres is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hosted service.
